Denial of Wnemployment Benefits

Q. 

Was fired from job as they said I didn't follow instructions and also forged company documents. Now unemployment won't pay as they state there is an "ISSUE". What can I do as I did none of this?

Look very carefully at all of the documents that you received from the state unemployment agency - there should be a time frame for you to submit an appeal of the denial of your benefits. In most (possibly all) states, you can appeal the denial of unemployment benefits and have a hearing on whether you engaged in the misconduct the company accused you of.
