Can an employer reduce wages and take away vacations and paid holidays?

A. 

In most (and probably all) states, an employer can change the terms and conditions of your employment at will and without consulting with you about it first. The only thing that could prevent an employer from doing that would be if you had a contract of employment that said what your wages, vacations, and paid holidays were going to be.
